I called DMX for a broken spring repair on a Sunday at 11:20, they sent over Jacob and by 12:50 all repairs were done! 😌
Jacob called me over to confirm the parts cost and provided the estimate before replacement. My springs are on the
expensive half of the spectrum, it is what it is.
I opted in to the bracket replacement as well. Previous bracket did not have bearings and I did not ever lubricate it, which likely contributed to the spring snapping – though the spring was visibly old, couldn’t say when it was installed.
Parts and labor have a 1yr warranty.
